Dead body of missing Punjabi girl Manroop Rai discovered from wooden area of Bolton, Canada. Flags are flying at half-mast in memory of a Grade 11 Humberview Secondary School student who died suddenly on Saturday.
Manroop Rai was reported missing by family and friends after she failed to show up for school Friday morning.
Missing persons posters were circulated around the town, asking for anyone with information to contact the Ontario Provincial Police or her family.
Rai got off the school bus Friday morning but did not attend any classes, the poster read. The media was not notified by Caledon OPP of the missing teenager.
