Mishti to debut in Tollywood
Mishti, who made her Hindi debut with Subhash Ghai’s Kaanchi, is making her Tollywood debut opposite Nithiin in a film to be directed by Karunakaran.
The film will be launched on May 21. “Many of the young actresses are busy with multiple projects and the director wanted a fresh face. They finally zeroed in on Bengali girl Mishti,” says the source.
Before Kaanchi, the actress, whose real name is Indrani Chakraborthy, used to work as an English teacher at a private school in Kolkata.
