HP just launched with budget price in US and it called HP 7 Plus. The HP 7 Plus comes with 7 inch IPS Anti Glare touch screen display with LED backlit display. It has display resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The tablet has powered with 1 GHz quad core ARM Cortex A7 processor along with 1 GB of RAM.
HP 7 Plus runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and support Wi-Fi network only. The tablet has dual camera including 2 megapixels rear and VGA front facing camera. The tablet has 8 GB internal storage memory and allow to expand it up to 32 GB via support of microSD card slot. HP 7 Plus has packs with 2800 mAh battery and its comes in White with Silver color option.

The HP 7 Plus priced at $100 and its available on official website of HP to buy online in US. Its not confirm yet that HP planning to launch this tablet in other countries.
