Harsimrat Kaur Badal speech at Narendra Modi rally
Bathinda, Punjab (April 26, 2014): Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) candidate and sitting MP from Bathinda, Harsimrat Kaur Badal addresses rally held by Akali Dal-BJP alliance, just days before polling in Punjab begins. Seen as one final push for votes in Punjab, BJP chief Narendra Modi along with SAD chief Parkash Singh Badal and Sukhbir Badal have been canvassing for votes in Amritsar and Bathinda.
However the Amritsar rally viewed as a flop will have dented the confidence of Akali Dal-BJP who in recent days have also been criticized for the Arun Jaitley tribute to Harbans Lal Khanna and Bikram Majithia’s controversial recitation of Shabad whereby he changed the wording to promote Arun Jaitley, the BJP candidate from Amritsar.
